A very serious and shocking incident has come to light in San Antonio, Texas, America. A man is accused of hiding explosives under a bathroom toilet seat at a local car wash. Two women and a girl were injured due to this explosive. The man reportedly found joy in detonating explosives.

According to US media, 46-year-old Paul Moses Alden is accused of hiding the explosives that detonated when pressurized in three different bathrooms in the San Antonio area. Alden would hide these explosives under the toilet seat and wait for the explosion. Police said the first explosion occurred on July 20 in the bathroom of a car wash tub in Alden’s hometown of Helotes.

According to police, Alden was seen on security cameras going in and out of the bathroom. According to camera footage, a small explosion occurred when a woman went to use the toilet. The woman was injured as a result of the explosion. A few minutes later, a girl also faced an explosion in another bathroom.

Police recovered physical evidence of small firecrackers from both the bathrooms. According to police, Alden was seen on security cameras entering and exiting the bathroom. Additionally, Alden was also seen sitting in the lobby, where he was waiting for his victim to enter, leaving just as the explosion occurred.

In this case, car wash employees assisted in identifying the culprit. She said Alden came to the car wash regularly and had a membership card. A spokesperson for the Car Wash praised the prompt response of SAPD and arson investigators in this case and said they will cooperate fully. Alden has been charged with reckless endangerment causing bodily injury. His bail was set at $50,000 and he was released on bail the same day.
