Road Rage in Mumbai: In a road rage incident in Mumbai’s Malad area, a 27-year-old youth was beaten to death by an angry mob. According to the police of Dindoshi area of Malad, this entire incident took place on Saturday over an overtaking dispute. Deceased Akash Main was going with his parents in his vehicle when his vehicle was overtaken by an auto rickshaw due to which an altercation took place between the two drivers and then the matter worsened. Akash was reportedly going with his family to buy a new car on the occasion of Dussehra, but the incident happened near Malad railway station. After the argument, the auto driver along with his friends nearby attacked Akash. He suffered serious internal injuries in this attack. When this incident was happening with Akash, there was a lot of crowd around but apart from his parents, no one tried much to save him. (To save the son the mother lay down on him)
A video of the incident is going viral on social media, in which a crowd of people is brutally kicking and punching Akash, Akash’s mother Deepali lies on top of her son to save him from getting hurt. Even if it doesn’t hurt, people keep hitting him continuously. Many times his mother also gets hurt in this. Police have registered a case under BNS against the accused auto rickshaw driver and three other people and have also arrested 9 people in this case and sent them to jail. (To save the son the mother lay down on him)
