The stock market has made an all-time high today i.e. on 3rd July for the second consecutive day. During trading, Sensex touched the level of 80,039 and Nifty touched the level of 24,292. Currently, Sensex is trading at 79,800 level with a rise of 300 points. Nifty is also up by more than 100 points. It is trading at the level of 24,250.
Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 25 are showing a rise and 5 are showing a decline. There is more growth in banking, metal and auto shares. HDFC Bank shares are up by 3%. At the same time, a decline is being seen in IT and energy shares. Earlier yesterday i.e. on 2nd July also the market had made all time high.
Asian markets are up today
- Growth is being seen in Asian markets. Japan’s Nikkei is up by 0.88%. Taiwan Weighted is up by 1.02% and Korea’s Kospi is up by 0.30%. The Hang Seng is trading up 0.72%. However, Shanghai Composite is seeing a decline of 0.42%.
- The American market remained on the rise on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 162 points (0.41%) to close at 39,331. NASDAQ closed at the level of 18,028 with a gain of 149.46 (0.84%) points. The S&P 500 index rose 33 (0.62%) points to close at 5,509.
- Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 2,000.12 crore on Tuesday, July 2. During this period, Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) bought shares worth Rs 648.25 crore.
Two IPOs will open from today
Today 2 Initial Public Offers i.e. IPOs will be open for listing in the share market. These include Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and Bansal Wire Industries Limited. Retail investors will be able to bid for the IPO of both the companies till July 5.

Yesterday the market made an all time high
Earlier yesterday i.e. on 2nd July the stock market had made an all time high. During trading, Sensex touched the level of 79,855 and Nifty touched the level of 24,236. However, after this there was a decline in the market. The Sensex closed at 79,441 with a fall of 34 points. Nifty also fell by 18 points. It closed at the level of 24,123.
