Flat trading is being seen in the stock market today i.e. Wednesday (22 May). Sensex is trading at the level of 73,900 with a slight fall of about 50 points. There is also a decline of about 30 points in Nifty. It is trading at the level of 22,500.
A rise of more than 2% is being seen in the shares of Coal India today. Its share is trading at Rs 501.25. Earlier yesterday also its stock had seen a rise of 4.49%.
There is pressure in the global market
A slight rise was also seen in the American market on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.17% to 39,872. Whereas S&P rose 0.25% to close at 5,321 and Nasdaq rose 0.22% to close at 16,832.
At the same time, pressure is also visible in the Asian market. China’s Hang Seng Index is up marginally by 0.18%. At the same time, Japan’s Nikkei index is falling today. Its effect has also been seen on the Indian market.
