Sri Lankan veteran batsman Kumar Sangakkara can become the mentor of IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). He will replace Gautam Gambhir in the team. This post is vacant after Gautam became the head coach of Team India.
According to the information received, the franchise has approached the Sri Lankan player. At present, talks are going on. 46-year-old Sangakkara was the cricket director of Rajasthan Royals till last season. He also has offers from other franchises.
