The third match of the Test series between England and Sri Lanka is being played at The Oval ground in London. In the first session on the second day of the match on Saturday, the England team was all out for 325 runs in the first innings. Ollie Pope played a captaincy inning of 154 runs for England.

England lost the last 6 wickets in scoring 35 runs. The England team came into play on the second day with a score of 221/3, but Harry Brook (19), Jamie Smith (16), Chris Woakes (2) and Gus Atkinson (5) returned to the pavilion cheaply.
