Adani Ports shares will trade on BSE Sensex from June 24. Adani Group company will replace Wipro. Changes are made in the Sensex index of 30 shares from time to time. Under this, Adani Port is being included in Sensex and Wipro is being excluded.

2. Zepto raised ₹ 5,553 crore fund: Its valuation was ₹ 30,064 crore, company may launch IPO soon

Instant grocery delivery app Zepto has raised funds of $665 million i.e. Rs 5,553 crore at a valuation of $3.6 billion (Rs 30,064 crore). Zepto had earlier raised funding of $235 million (Rs 1,962 crore) in August 2023, when the company got unicorn status with a valuation of $1.4 billion (Rs 11,691 crore).

Zepto has raised this fund at a time when investors have become very cautious in investing money in startups. In this primary round, Zepto has raised this fund led by existing investors like Glade Brook, Nexus, Stepstone, Goodwater and Lachie Groom. Majority of the investment is from these investors and the remaining money has been invested by new investors like Avenir Growth, Lightspeed, Avera and others.

3. Avanse Financial Services submitted draft papers with SEBI: Company wants to raise Rs 3,500 crore through IPO

Avanse Financial Services Limited is preparing to launch Initial Public Offering i.e. IPO. The education-focused non-banking financial company has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch an IPO.

Avanse Financial wants to raise Rs 3,500 crore through IPO. Olive Vine Investment Limited, an affiliate of private equity firm Warburg Pincus, is backing this NBFC firm. Avanse Financial will use the funds raised through IPO to increase its capital base.

4. Stanley Lifestyles IPO opens: Retail investors will be able to bid till June 25, minimum investment ₹ 14,760

The initial public offer i.e. IPO of Stanley Lifestyles Limited has opened for public subscription on June 21. Retail investors can bid for this IPO till June 25. The company’s shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 28.

Stanley Lifestyles Limited wants to raise a total of ₹ 537.02 crore through this IPO. For this, the company is issuing 5,420,054 new shares worth ₹200 crore. At the same time, the existing investors of the company are selling 9,133,454 shares worth ₹ 337.02 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

Tech company Infinix has launched another Note series phone ‘Infinix Note 40 5G’ in the budget segment. The company is providing 6.78 inch full HD+ display, 108 megapixel main camera and 256GB storage with 8GB RAM in this smartphone. At the same time, the Infinix Note 40 5G smartphone has MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset running on Android 14 operating system.

The company has provided a 5000 mAh battery in the smartphone. It is getting 33W wired and 15W wireless charging support for charging. Infinix has launched this smartphone in single storage, the starting price of which is Rs 19,999. However, a discount of Rs 2,000 is available on purchasing through Axis Bank Credit Card.
