Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has revealed the secret of his health in a podcast with Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath. In this podcast shared on YouTube, Kamath told that the tech mogul is looking more healthy than before. “I take vitamins because there’s no harm in it,” Gates said when asked to suggest hacks for young entrepreneurs to stay healthy.
He said, “I get a blood test from time to time and see if there are any abnormalities. It’s good and now there is a thing called The Grail Test, which is not covered by all insurance in America. So maybe Even in India it is not covered that much, but if you can afford it it is almost magical in helping detect cancer earlier than other techniques.”
Free praise for India’s tech talent
In this podcast, Bill Gates openly praised India’s tech talent. He highlighted the important role of Indian talent in India’s contribution to Microsoft’s success. He talked about the “wonderful people” in India he worked with. Many of these people returned home to establish the Microsoft Development Center. These centers now employ 25,000 people across four locations in India. Gates praised current Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and topped that list.

Bill Gates told IT professionals that AI is a boon, not a curse. He acknowledged the potential of AI to revolutionize many industries, but believes that this technology will not be able to replace software engineers in the near future. He said concerns about AI taking over the jobs of IT professionals are “alarming” and stressed the continued need for human expertise. Gates believes that IT professionals can be assured that their jobs will be safe for the next two decades.
