When selected for the Olympics, he won a bronze medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020. Everyone liked his performance in the Commonwealth Games. Received Arjuna Award in 2021

The team also won gold medals in Junior World Cup-2016, Junior Asia Cup-2015 and Hero Asia Cup-2017.
