I talked to my father about this before coming here and decided that we will keep fighting till the last shot.”
Meanwhile, 22-year-old Sarabjot Singh said on winning his first Olympic medal, “It feels great. The match was tough, but we are happy that we were successful in winning it. There was a lot of pressure, but the crowd was very good.” The 10 meter air pistol mixed team got a lot of support here. As soon as it was decided that India had won the bronze medal, there was thunderous applause in the shooting range hall. Although Sarabjot Singh disappointed his teammate several times, Manu Bhaker’s form came in handy and together they defeated the Korean pair.
