ICC umpire Anil Chaudhary in Lucknow said that India’s pitch is very good. Many times matches are played in foreign countries by leaving big grass behind. Seeing Ekana Stadium reminds me of Dubai. On the question of becoming an umpire, he said that he became an umpire by chance, i.e. accident.
,
Anil is among the A+ grade umpires of BCCI. Since 2013, he has played the role of umpire and official in 125 matches of Test, ODI and T-20. He has also made a record of umpiring in 484 matches in domestic matches and leagues including First Class, IPL and T-20.
He is also among those who have umpired in the maximum number of matches in the country. Dainik Bhaskar The team has had a special conversation with Anil Chaudhary on many aspects of cricket.

Question: How did umpiring start in cricket?
answer: The gunner was not a cricketer. Used to play local matches of the club. Gave BCCI exam in 1997. After this he became an umpire. Yes, I had some knowledge, so it became. The first Ranji match among BCCI matches was between Saurashtra and Mumbai, in which I umpired. The club people advised him to become an umpire. Became an accidental umpire. That too by chance.
Question: DRS What impact has this arrival had on the game?
answer: The situation has changed after the arrival of DRS. Now accuracy and transparency have come into the game. We are close to the game. We are fulfilling the demand of the game. Umpiring in DRS is not easy. Trying to have a match with all the umpires.
Umpire Anil Chaudhary had also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a test match.
Question: You have conducted two seminars for UPCA. Do you think UP has talent for umpiring?
answer: The first time I came, I came to a women’s seminar. There were 20 girls in it. Out of these, it seemed that 7-8 would pass. This was anticipated. That much passed. It is difficult. In this you have to stand in the sun for 7-8 hours.
The pressure of the game and of the players has to be handled, but right now they need to work in a little more matches. Some things come by doing. Practical knowledge is necessary. All the cricketers were there. There was spark in him. She can do it. BCCI is doing a lot of work for women’s cricket. It is going forward.
In the second seminar, a seminar was conducted for the State Panel Umpires of UP. Graded them. Grading was done on the basis of knowledge of language, age and body language, because if a man is 55 years old, he can work for domestic cricket but cannot go into BCCI umpiring.
Those umpires who have spark, who can do well and go further, are kept in A grade. Those people who can work in domestic cricket were kept in B. From whom new umpires can learn. He is a seasoned umpire. Along with this, there are some umpires in C grade who are learning. He is a good umpire, his body language is understandable. He wants to learn.

Question: Is it necessary to be a cricket player to become an umpire?
answer: Those who play cricket have an advantage in umpiring. When talking about players. So club cricket will also be talked about, because there are many states in which playing A division cricket is equivalent to playing Ranji.
One does not have to open a book for everything. It is not easy to detect judgment and temperament, the players who have to do umpiring should start it on time. This not only benefits cricket but also the players.
Question: How difficult is it for umpires to judge in and outside India?
answer : Every country has to follow minimum standards. This guideline remains. Indian pitch is good. India is blamed forcefully. There are all types of pitches here now. There is also a good bounce wicket.
Is it right to leave such huge amounts of grass to feed in foreign countries? Air, water and soil are different in every country. In the end the one who plays good cricket wins the match.

Question: Tell us about some special moments during the match?
answer: Have you ever given a no ball on the last ball? This is the most memorable match for me. During a board match in Himachal, a helicopter landed on the field and then went away. Sometimes the snake has come out from behind. These are all interesting stories. Sometimes there is a lot of crowd. The pressure is high. Even small incidents have an impact on the match.

Question: Is the game constantly changing?
answer: Yes, of course the game is constantly changing. New things are coming to the game every six months. Like, the rule of impact player, auto no ball rule has come. The game is well administered by our board. That’s why we are in such a big position.
Look, there are other sports and federations too, they need to be promoted in the same manner. Today we have access talent. Our infrastructure is amazing. This is an out-come that has been in the works for many years. Make three teams in all formats today. We will beat any team in the world.
Question: Which songs do you like to listen to? How to watch UP-T20 league?
answer: I like to listen to Jat songs. There have been many Gaddi songs. I listen to them. Sometimes I also listen to English songs. Players emerge from club cricket, Ranji and franchise cricket only. All international cricket formats are being followed in UP-T20 League. It is from here that good players and umpires will emerge. Seeing Ikana reminds me of Dubai.
