There was a technical glitch in Microsoft’s server on Friday. Due to this, the functioning of airlines, TV telecast, banking and many corporate companies across the world has been affected. There are problems in check-in and ticket booking at airports all over the world including India, due to which flights are either delayed or cancelled.
In India, four airlines – IndiGo, SpiceJet, Akasa Air and Air India Express reported that their booking, check-in and flight update services have been affected by the technical issue. People are facing problems due to lack of services at the airport.
There is talk of virus attack in most of the corporate companies in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The system is restarting after getting into the blue screen. Many companies in Hyderabad have asked their employees to switch off their systems for the next 2 hours.

Microsoft said- the problem has been detected
There have been problems with Microsoft’s Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft said, “We are aware of the issue and have deployed multiple teams to resolve it. We have determined the cause.”
